on time pay, small bonus every 3 months (if you qualify)

Cons

management does their best to make sure you dont qualify for bonuses. you are treated as a n employee on the whose job is in danger no matter how well you're doing. even when ginve a raise, it was accompanied by a threat to lose my job. favoritism abounds at this place, and if your not the favorite then you will be fired long before the unproductive favorites. actual productivity means nothin.
