Maybe some co-workers were great to work with at first. Learned a lot from a handful of mentors, but the business aspect is really sad the way they run it.

Cons

Poor Management skills, poor communication skills between supervisors and staff, put quantity before quality, dedication, commitment and hard work means absolutely nothing to them only the $$$$. No time for breaks or lunch's, break promises and outright lie to you about the companies future and financial status. Reviews are always late. Meetings are constantly changing times everyday. Spend way to much money on overhead. They get what they need out of you at the time and then they chew you up and spit you out.later without significant reason. Very high levels of stress that several employees have had to resign because it was dangerously affecting their health.

They just fired someone for speaking out and sending an email with concerns about the future of the company, and after an all hands meeting disabled the ability for anyone to send an email out to the company. If that’s not a shady aspect I don’t know what is. They also push you to crank out numbers, and patient safety is not a concern at this place. There have been missed critical rhythms because people are just burnt out and exhausted. Run from this place as fast as you can. If you don’t get fired the fda will probably investigate you for even working here.

Micromanagement, Poor Management, Extremely Demanding and Anxiety Driven Culture. Productivity is manipulated to always make the techs responsible for more work. They monitor your screen while you work so they know when you are close to finishing a scan so they can assign you another terrible scan. The management and coaches pretend that the patient is always first but productivity reigns supreme. All they care about is appeasing shareholders, this company doesn’t care about its employees hence the massive turnover and revolving door. Don’t Waste Tour
