-work life balance -pay -benefits (ESPP, 401k, PTO, RSU's, health care on your first day, FSA, HSA, commuter benefits) -perks (yoga, massages, company outings, free snacks and drinks) -culture (has the feel of a start up company) -opportunities for advancement

-if you don't like change or a fast paced environment then this is not the right place for you

More competitive pay and better benefits than most companies

Cons

Micro managing (this one is really bad) constantly in you and they have software that tracks your every move in the computer. you get disciplinary even if you are doing perfect in their almost unachievable quantity/quality. They forgo quality for quantity. These are people’s lives and you get the most benefits if you do the most. required to go to office even if you applied for remote position (if you are within I think 75 miles of the office which is insane. It used to be 45 which I thought that was unrealistic.) Treated like a kid not an adult with a professional job They Keep outsourcing jobs to India/foreign countries and getting rid of jobs in the US.

Good base pay to start, however it ends there

Cons

used to be a place you were valued however that is no longer the case. Unrealistic expectations. Extra work loads with no compensation. Pay raises for promotions are minimal and not worth the uptake in work. Scheduling is a nightmare with very limited offerings as well as no room for compassion to last minute needs such as funerals when not immediate family. overall it has become a toxic work environment.
