Terrible management team from Dexcom ruining culture

marginally competitive salaries and a plethora of online tools.

Cons

C-suite inserted from Dexcom seems to ram an agenda that will not fit the acute cardiac monitoring space. Rampant nepotism, and unethical behavior going unchecked from every member of c-suite. C-suite does not seem competent to lead and protect investor value. Unless you are former Dexcom everyone is assumed to have a target on their back. Corporation's revised strategy viewed widely as a failure, which only bankrupts the corporate culture further.

None, honestly. I regret ever working for this company.

Cons

Toxic work environment and abusive corporate culture, where employees are being regularly overworked, stressed out and expected to produce unrealistic results. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Better pay then most places

Cons

Bad management, they don't care about quality, they use you up and you can go above and beyond but they will cut you down and find ways to tell you your not doing your job. They only care about money, and not to mention political drama and management playing favorites and being discrimatory. Although I wouldn't recommend this, these people are souless capitalists. This place runs more like a sweat shop.
