I am prior employee.I was hired in the year 2016.The company has a bad management. Absolutely no integrity they have, hiring and firing people whenever they please, this shows a lack of planning. No wonder start up like these fail, since they do not consider employees equal to the owner. Employees are merely considered petty insects working for them. A company's growth happens when you grow throughout, customers , employees , everyone should be at least satisfied. Just bringing in money or business won't help, you need to have good people to manage the business as well, how will you have loyal good people when you don't respect them , you expect the them to work with you? How? Working with U was a bad experience, I do not recommend this company.
