1.start up, 2.some really good people to learn from, 3.wasting VC's money like anything, 4.people mostly stay there for money 5.nobody cares about the business model or mission.

Cons

1.uncertain future, 2.unstable, 3.poor management, 4.monotonous job, 5. sycophants are promoted, paying too much to undeserving people.
