Pros

There are some pretty nice people to work with. Office is in a convenient location in Downtown Crossing.

Cons

No career progression unless you're willing to play politics. Product leadership is inexperienced and we're rolling back years of bad design decisions. "Side projects" that you are expected to work on outside of your regular 10 hour days are a requirement to get ahead.

Pros

Very strong product market fit and incredible engineering team that continues to innovate. The overall culture at mabl is very supportive as well, investing heavily into their current employees to build up the skills they need to succeed. Leadership team does a lot to communicate transparently and are very generous with their time so folks feel very empowered to get the support they need to succeed. Finally the folks here are generally just great people and fun to work with.

Cons

Like all start ups there are a lot of plates in the air so it can get busy at times, but if anything this is a great sign of demand and growth!
