I have been working for nCino (and formerly Visible Equity) for several years now, in a number of different capacities. My experience has been greatly positive, has helped me grow into a great career, and has done so much to aid my growing family. Good Pay, great people, annual raises, flexible on hours, great work space, stand/sit desks + standing pads + triple monitors, weekly catered lunches, ping pong, mini-basketball, sweet office space overlooking the Salt Lake valley, health insurance premiums are 100% paid by nCino including your entire family, in addition to paying for your deductible via very substantial HSA contributions, generous 401K match, 20 days of PTO per year compared to the normal 10. I'm sure there is more but that's all that comes to mind at the moment. Those are all the extra things the company does. Overall, the culture is amazing. The saying of "take care of your employees and they'll take care of your customers" is certainly a big part of life here. Management is very approachable and friendly.
