Pros

Working at nCino is awesome. In the SLC, UT location, there is an amazing work environment with lots of enthusiasm for working hard and playing hard. We have a beautiful location with view of the valley and the gorgeous Wasatch front. There are high expectations for performance due to all the great aspects of working here. Those expectations are happily met due to the mutual respect, understanding, and perks (including a ping-pong table). I've only been with the company for several months, but I can say the synergy of the working environment is entirely unique to any other facility I've worked in. I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenges and the teams I've worked with thus far. Great people doing great hard work while having great fun!

Cons

My commute is rather long but I LOVE where I work and so happily make the drive.

Pros

I have been working for nCino (and formerly Visible Equity) for several years now, in a number of different capacities. My experience has been greatly positive, has helped me grow into a great career, and has done so much to aid my growing family. I have loved working here! - Management wants its employees to be successful. - Employees are all genuinely motivated to have a well-working product and happy customers whose lives are made easier by our services. - Amazing benefits. - Opportunities abound to continue learning and advancing your career. - Fun company activities on a regular basis. - Excellent office location with great amenities, along with proximity to local ski resorts. - Regular company lunches. - Transparent executive team, which consists of members who are open to working with and listening to any employee.

Cons

I really have had so few negative experiences/interactions during my tenure that it's hard to list any real cons. I wouldn't mind to see the employer 401k match a bit higher, but I'm grateful to have it at all.

Pros

Good Pay, great people, annual raises, flexible on hours, great work space, stand/sit desks + standing pads + triple monitors, weekly catered lunches, ping pong, mini-basketball, sweet office space overlooking the Salt Lake valley, health insurance premiums are 100% paid by nCino including your entire family, in addition to paying for your deductible via very substantial HSA contributions, generous 401K match, 20 days of PTO per year compared to the normal 10. I'm sure there is more but that's all that comes to mind at the moment. Those are all the extra things the company does. Overall, the culture is amazing. The saying of "take care of your employees and they'll take care of your customers" is certainly a big part of life here. Management is very approachable and friendly.

Cons

It would be great to have a better idea about what kind of individual movement can be made over time from a starting position. Not saying it doesn't exist, I'm sure it does.
