Great coworkers and remote work

Cons

It is sad to see what has transpired at this company. The original employees who built the infrastructure has left and it’s mainly due to poor executive leadership. The executive team created an environment of fear with the verbal abuse and endless bullying. The Head of HR was one of the main factors of this. The CEO either didn’t care or turned a blind eye to it all. It was once a great company and it all went downhill fast.

Great technology, solving very real and important business challenges for customers Opportunity really make an impact here and help the company get to the next level of growth Smart, low-ego employees at all levels (this includes execs) willing to roll-up sleeves to help eachother and help customers solve real engineering problems Barely scratching the surface...the sky is the limit if the team can continue to focus and innovate on the things that matter most to our customers

Cons

Small startup means fast paced environment, which is not for everyone High expectations can be stressful for some, but that is to be expected in a high growth company like ours Historically, it seems like we have a plan/strategy but don't give it enough time to come to fruition. Trust intuition and stick to it!
