      Pros

      Working remote and taking the pandemic seriously.

      Cons

      Expect to work 60 hours a week just to tread water. During the pandemic automotive silicon sales soared. Stock jumped from $20 to $40 a share. Employees have been reworded with huge layoffs and anemic severance. Eight years of service helping achieve a $40 stock price. Only to be provided an equivalent of 3-weeks full pay. Severance only compensates for base pay, which is 60% of full compensation. Not to mention forced to forfeit years of promised stock options.

      Cons

      The culture is very aggressive. The company is unstable as it believes in firing people for any silly reason. Only favoritism can get you ahead or keep your job.
