      Pros

      -Good people and friendly environment -No long working hours -It is a good place to work a few years before retirement if you are looking for a mellow environment without any challenges and career advancement.

      Cons

      - There is no smart person working in engineering there. - Engineers are not up to date and knowledgeable. Don't expect to learn any thing new working there - Old technology and no intentions to make any change - Everything is as slow as it gets! - No one really works! They just kill their time 7-5 - Low salaries in comparison to all other technology companies in Oregon - Higher managers in Phoenix are a bunch of finance people who do not have any clue to run a technology company, they are excellent in not spending any extra pennies though! - Very bad orientation at the beginning. You are on your own, it would take up to a year to learn what you need to do your job.

      Broad scope of products, diverse workplace, global scope, good benefits.

      Cons

      Less stable than it used to be. Continuous layoffs are decreasing morale and increasing workload for remaining employees, many are leaving or planning to. Some describe the new working environment as "toxic".
