Leadership is not strong. Very minimum interaction with my boss at regional level . Almost no inpiration and motivation, no regional program to solve common regional problems. Leaders stay in the comfort zone . Minimal innovation or change Ethical culture should be improved more , especially at factory level. Data manipulation happen sometime at some level. Not much action at both Corporate level and factory level to ensure people behave ethically. Just penalize people. People are not willing to speak up and compromised integrity

- been doing the same set of tasks for several years. - limited opportunities to learn variety of skills. - projects are really slow. - working with really old technologies. - time is often spent on small tasks / maintenance/ reading and understanding existing solutions, and not on innovations. - bureaucracy and office politics in manufacturing offices. - full of “shadow ITs” that interfere with our job and org goals. - most trainings are for skills that won't matter to you outside the company/other industries.
