      impossible to get promoted, negotiate your starting pay because raises are extremely rare.

      nice soft benefits small company feel, large corporation behind it very considerate of employee ergonomics recently remodeled facilities

      Cons

      some leadership team members are difficult to work for COVID hasn't exactly been kind to the event planning industry recently laid off about half of their head count
