Pros

Learning B2B sales, celebratory office culture

Cons

I struggled at pc/nametag because they thought they were on the cutting edge of technology but were in fact way behind. I submitted ideas for change and while my supervisor agreed with me, said that it would take years for the company to arrive at those conclusions.

I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience at PC/NAMETAG. Our goal is to continue to evolve as a technology company and those investments do take time. As our business continues to rebound post-covid we will continue to invest in technology solutions and resources.

Pros

pc/nametag is the best company I have ever worked for. It is employee oriented and takes great care of us professionally and personally. Teamwork, collaboration and feedback are extremely important. I always feel like my opinions are taken into consideration when decisions are made from the top down. There is also a great sense of transparency at every level of the company. I have been with pc/nametag for 10 years, and I absolutely love it!

Cons

I cannot think of a single con!

Pros

pc/nametag has cultivated a fast-paced, collaborative and rewarding experience for its employees. Everyone here has the drive to help the company succeed which makes for a strong, fun and sometimes competitive atmosphere. Employees work together and push each other to be the best they can be which has lead to consistent company success and some of the finest products in our market. There is constant opportunity to learn and grow not only professionally, but personally. When it comes to showing employees how much they mean to them, pc/nametag is second to none. I've worked for other companies who say their employees are valued, but pc/nametag goes out of their way to actually show their employees just how valued they are. From quarterly profit sharing, to company outings and busy season catered lunches, employees of pc/nametag know how much they're valued. I would recommend pc/nametag as an employer to anyone.

Cons

There will always be negatives to any workplace. We here at pc/nametag are not immune to that, but the small list of negatives is all but erased by the positives. I would say the biggest "con" to pc/nametag is that since the workload is pretty fast and furious, everyone is usually handling a pretty full plate. This sometimes leads to projects or tasks to be put off altogether or done in a half-hearted way. This can result in recurring issues that never go away or are never fully resolved. But again, that's a very small portion of the culture here.
