      Pros

      The people are truly amazing. It's a great blend of youthful energy and seasoned veterans. There are amazing employees who have been with the company for 15 years, and amazing employees who have been there for 1 year, and everyone feels like part of one cohesive team. Coming out of the pandemic (fingers crossed), they're also seeing great company growth and the energy is high. There's a lot of flexibility to work from home as an office employee, and a lot of trust between leadership and employees. This is not a place where you get micro-managed. The industry is also a lot of fun, and pc/nametag is a well known and loved brand name, which makes for great interactions with customers and prospects.

      Cons

      They are definitely a bit behind still on the technology side, and there has been some hesitation in the past to invest in new IT technology and in updating our website to where it needs to be to stay competitive, but we have come a long way in the past couple years and are making moves to improve things in that regard. It just doesn't happen overnight.

      Pros

      Busy season meant free weekly lunches and daily free fruit. The perks were nice from the company.

      Cons

      Can't send an email and be on the phone at the same time. Don't expect to move up in the company or be recognized.
