      Pros

      There is a great opportunity for development, and a management staff that really wants to see you succeed. Fun and engaging field where no two days are the same, and there is never a dull moment. The Schedule is great with the ability to work overtime if desired and there is work to be done. Incredible benefits and perks with a company devoted to keeping staff happy.

      Cons

      I have come from several previous positions where I could think of a multitude of problems, and for the first time I feel completely happy with a company.

      Pros

      Internal promotion opportunities - they look to make sure people are on the "right seat of the bus" and have created positions to fit peoples strengths. A supportive management team. Lots of cross collaboration between departments. Internal system for submitting feedback on products, website, procedures, employee benefits etc so your voice can be heard. Many perks like catered lunches weekly during busy seasons, a DVD library, company outings to places like WI Dells or Badger Games. A fun atmosphere where people are encouraged to take a break, laugh with their colleagues.

      Cons

      Business is growing so fast it's hard to keep up with ideal staffing levels.

      Pros

      Great place to work! I have been able to grow both personally and professionally. While the business is growing, I feel supported by management. I can see staying here for the long term.

      Challenging to be in a growing business with competing priorities.
