Every negative thing said by previous reviewers is true The company won't last more than a few more years at most Every aspect of the company is bottlenecked at the CEO (meaning nothing actually gets accomplished)

We thank you for giving us this opportunity to tell the world a little more about our mission. Every now and then, we a get an anonymous review that isn’t so anonymous. While it’s clear this review is an attempt to taint Banjo and its CEO in a bad and inaccurate light, we would like to paint a clear picture and add some color to where this is coming from. Most companies have a mission statement. Banjo has a mission, to save lives and reduce human suffering. It’s not often a CEO takes an unconventional, altruistic approach. We recognize some people come to a startup with the big payout in mind. We get it. We’ve been named the next unicorn. Twice. But for us, the big payout doesn’t necessarily come in dollars. We hope you find what you are looking for in your next role.

Good Company with Needed Direction

Pros

Exciting work environment, growing rapidly on a global level, keeps all employees up-to-date on all current events.

Cons

Very little direction, there is very little recognition for a job well done but there is a lot of criticism regularly, what is right one day may not be the next day.

Pros

Good initial pay Shift flexibility with personal priorities Amazing shift leaders who do their job very well Break area Workers with great work ethic Outgoing and social work environment Snacks and healthy food options, good variety to choose from... When it's stocked up.

Cons

Awkward shift transition period that leaves people doing nothing for close to 40 minutes Task assignments are frustrating due to Tech/A.I issues; One person will have a influx of content while the other people on the shift may get little to no content. No room for growth unless you're trying to move up to a lead position Overworking the shift leads and putting unnecessary stress on them. Blaming shift leads for things that are out of their control. Lackluster training. Vague description of what you're required to do while leaving out important nuances that can help improve work efficiency. Mentioned during training by management: "You have people who have been working here for more than 2 years and they still don't know how to do or use these tools properly!" Not the most reassuring thing for a employee to hear on their first day. Overall monotonous job that can burn you out real quick Shift bias
