Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We always appreciate feedback on how we can improve, but some of your comments just don’t make sense. You claim lack of diversity when we have one of the most diverse cultures you will ever come across. You say we have a startup mentality, which you list as a con. We make it very clear from the beginning we are a fast-paced startup and run as such, but not everyone can perform or adapt well in that environment. Lack of growth? Much of the team in Las Vegas has been with Banjo for several years and many have been promoted several times because of their hard work. You stated, "outdated computers, keyboards, mouses and hard drives." The equipment at Banjo is state of the art. People want to join Banjo because of the hardware we use because it’s not available even at some of the biggest companies. Much of our computer equipment is wireless so it will not perform as intended unless the user changes the batteries. In all the years at Banjo, we have had only one report of one computer losing a charge and it was immediately taken to Apple for repair. We are stumped about your no HR comment. We absolutely have HR, it’s just not based in the Las Vegas office. We are sorry you didn’t have the positive experience so many others have and continue to have. Even though the pace and requirements of a fast-paced startup weren't a match for you, we hope the time you spent with us helped grow your skills so you can apply them in your next role.
