Lots of growing pains. e.g. trying to get organized is a slow process. Tremendous amount of employee turnover both voluntary and involuntary. Lack the appropriate amount of employees to really expand in meaningful ways. e.g. Lots of manual work that could be automated. Way too many meetings/ management is unable to tend to day-to-day stuff. Bit of a disconnect between the product team and engineering team.

Sorcero is a company run by terrible people who couldn't care less about their employees' well-being! They force them to work long hours, assign brutal workloads, and set the most unrealistic expectations! I've been working here for a couple of months already, and I have to say, working here has been the most stressful and exhausting experience I've ever had by far! My work-life balance is a mess; I don't have any time to do anything outside of work. The managers are awful as well; most of them don't respect employees at all and treat them like their personal lackeys. Unless you want to be disrespected, abused, and exploited, DO NOT WORK HERE!
