Nice co-workers. Nothing besides that.

Cons

This company has an awful culture where lying and negativity are common. Our leaders are manipulative, and they lie to us about project timelines and deliverables to give us a false sense of hope. Most of them are also arrogant and rude, and their awful attitudes and behavior feel toxic and discouraging to most employees.

80 hour weeks lead to awful stress and burnout

Pros

They plan to be the world's leading medical analytics platform for life sciences, accelerating data-driven decisions that improve patient's lives.

Cons

These horrible people expect employees to put in 60 to 80 hours a week. Work-life balance was a ridiculous joke to them, as they expected employees to be available late in the evenings or early in the morning. It was terribly exhausting. I left before I could burn out.
