80 hour weeks lead to awful stress and burnout

Pros

They plan to be the world's leading medical analytics platform for life sciences, accelerating data-driven decisions that improve patient's lives.

Cons

These horrible people expect employees to put in 60 to 80 hours a week. Work-life balance was a ridiculous joke to them, as they expected employees to be available late in the evenings or early in the morning. It was terribly exhausting. I left before I could burn out.

Ego trips lead to a toxic work environment and high employee turnover! Employees couldn’t stand the narcissistic attitude! Dealing with t every single day was exhausting!

Sorcero has a team with some of the best and brightest people in their fields working on cutting edge tech for the life sciences industry. The culture is inclusive, I have met really nice, smart people from all over the globe. You get the opportunity to take ownership of a project and run with it.
