Lots of smart people willing to speak up and engage in the tough conversations that drive growth. Clear product-market fit. Immense potential to be a disruptive force in healthcare. Focus on bringing in talented people that can do more with what's already in place.

Cons

There are the typical growing pains that come with young companies: - Processes are still a bit lacking or immature. - Can sometimes lack focus and discipline. - Lots of fire fighting.

Working with incredibly innovative people, technology, and customers. Real focus on improving patient outcomes and AI that can help MDs and PhDs do better for patients and adopt innovative medicines.

Cons

The team works very long hours and is operating globally, so there can be calls and meetings early in the morning or into the evening. Working with folks that you might not get a chance to meet in person.
