It being remote is pretty much the only pro

Cons

Horribly disorganized, ununified mash up of prior small company’s with no communication about what’s going on and expectations. Constantly doing mass lay offs and insisting they cannot afford to give us raises and bonuses while showing us all the trips the sales teams take.
