      Pros

      symplr is a small company learning to be a big company. This means there is lots of opportunity for advancement, as well as opportunity to "make a dent" in process improvement. Not everything is perfect, but what I really like is that where things aren't perfect, the company seems very willing to take that feedback and learn to be better!

      Cons

      The pro - that symplr is a small company learning to be a big company, can also be a con. There's plenty of immature processes to wade through. If you like structure, symplr probably isn't for you. There's also constant change, which can be stressful for some people.

      Flex schedules with permissive time-off promotes work/life balance, remote work anywhere, casual office attire, competitive pay, good benefits & culture, open door policy at all levels, global organization

      Cons

      Some longer days here and there, but still rewarding knowing work was accomplished with teammates across the globe. To be honest, every organization has those longer days, but symplr management recognizes the extra effort put in.

      Amazing people You'll make many long-lasting friendships, but also learn skills that will help you "move the bar" on your career path.
