Somehow convinced Clearlake to invest so seemingly have money.
Cons
Sophomoric sales management lacking basic leadership skills to promote employee satisfaction and drive sales growth. Underdeveloped product (Cactus) with zero technological advancements made in past 2+ years. Extremely unhappy Cactus clients; losing more than they are gaining. No understanding of market share, territory data, or industry. Focused on acquisition but not focused on merger integration strategy. Currently representing 5 (or more) competing software systems.
