      Really good benefits when it comes to insurance, 3 weeks of vacation time, and 8 days of personal time starting.

      Cons

      Moving up in this company is highly based on favouritism and you knows you and likes you.

      Management picks favorites, impossible to move up, they don't fire employees no matter how terrible they are.

      Pros

      I started at the LEGO group last year; It is a great place with emphasis on employee wellbeing, D&I and many such things which most other companies don't pay attention too. The remuneration is also good and the company is doing better than ever.

      Cons

      There is no focus on career planning for an employee or the IDPs Re-location to different BUs is not as easy as it seems.
