Horrible management, the worst I've seen in my entire life. (I'm 36) The unprofessionalism is at all levels, as well. Upper and lower. The store manager I had was barely able to run his store, and handle his employees.
Upper management wasn't much better. I had an injury on the job and they had no idea how to handle workmen compensation, tried to just shrug me off to choose a hosptial on my own with no instructions. Luckily I knew more about the process then them and got them to go through the correct route... the company literally had to set up a NEW account with the damn clinic with MY cell phone with the lady at the desk as I was bleeding...
The store manager I had horrible expectations, the worst of which was: while driving the van as a remote tech, he expected me to go on break and KEEP DRIVING. I don't have to explain why that is illegal... but there were many other issues that fractured my trust in him.
They will give you a "route" that is not organized in any way. You will go from town A, to town B, only to go back to town A on the very next repair, and they are HOURS apart. Extremely inefficient. Then when it inevitably becomes a problem with customers cus you WILL be late all the time; they will ask YOU to fix the schedule for them by calling every damn customer and ask them to rechedule the day of... This was not every now and then, this was an issue DAILY.
All of this, all of your skills and expertise, and you are paid 15 bucks on hour... I had 6 years of previous device repair experience and I had to FIGHT for that 15, they wanted to give me 14... Don't work here, you're abilities are worth more.
