It was an OK company, you can walk in knowing nothing about fixing phones and they'll make you good at it.

Flexible work hours, plenty of downtime for long projects

Cons

Training was based on youtube videos and prayer. Only way up in the company was to buy a franchise. Could not order parts for my own repairs as a general manager, meaning I'd be waiting weeks for something like RAM or an SSD, a repair that takes minutes.
