Management and ownership never wanted anything other than money. I had my hours cut, bonuses tightened, and my hours were given to the already overworked salaried workers just to squeeze as much labor out of the workers for the least money. I became a talented tech who could fix things otherwise considered unfixable, but while saving these devices in the name of going above and beyond for the customer, all I found were reprimands and disciplinary actions for not leaving them behind and cranking out iphone repairs. The company shows a real disparity between espoused values and enacted values. Pay does not match what it should. You will only be taken advantage of.
