Pros
Other employees are fun. No office drama.
Cons
Not a repair job. You are forced to sell an insurance plan all the time. You can make thousands in pure profits every day and still not get a raise because they are extremely capped by pre determined numbers that they would not budge to change even though the cost of living increased. The management spams about the current insurance sign ups in google chats all the time, there's dozens of new messages about it everyday. My friend from another store was making 22/h after working there for a year, doing micro soldering repair everyday, running the store alone at least twice a week. There is no benefits, PTO, vacation time or health insurance options. No 401k. its more profitable to sell cell phones at Verizon store than this. I worked on my days off, had perfect attendance, but got sick for 4 days and got fired. Theres no job security there. You are also forced to charge asurion home+ insurance for repairs at a rate that's way over usual, sometimes more than a replacement device. Also known as insurance fraud. Some employees I know have already filed a report with attorney general but it keeps on going.
