-Forced to up sell constantly, under paid for the amount of training and knowledge required for the job. Personally I have been in the repair industry for over 3 years and my resume shows such. I was over qualified for the position I applied for (as usual) and was still paid the same amount I would have with no experience whatsoever. -You are required to do countless repairs a day and get no real break. Left to grab a bite to eat for 5 minutes and was told I needed to clock out beforehand. Ridiculous. -Management and owners could care less about employees needs whether its higher pay or more hours. Only care about how much your making for them. No bonuses are given that they promise so don't go above and beyond it wont show on your paycheck. -Pay wage is an insult to any technician

Constant badgering to update notes on work orders Absolutely no consideration of the communication difficulties of people on the autism spectrum. Owner is very condescending toward employees. Company culture is to make the customer happy even at the expense of the employees mental health.
