      Pros

      The work culture is okay. Mostly relaxed atmosphere, but not worth it.

      Cons

      Sketchy sales tactics are encouraged. You are not given any chances to improve your performance. Training is rushed, and important elements of your job will not be explained. Employee evaluations and raises are non-existent. There are zero benefits. Base pay is low, and applicable skill development will only get you taken advantage of. You will be overloaded with work and expected to overachieve in impossible circumstances.

      When I first started at uBreakiFix, I had limited formal job experience. I was new to customer service, repairs, and store management. The company offers plenty for those who are eager to learn and capable of managing themselves effectively. Your daily responsibilities include a range of tasks, such as providing customer service at the front of the store, conducting single or multi-day repairs, answering phone calls, managing inventory, and promoting the sale of accessories and in-store services.

      Cons

      Occasionally, striving to meet store goals can be challenging and somewhat exhausting when other in-store employees are not equally committed to achieving them. Those seeking higher pay and benefits may want to consider other options unless you have amazing sales skills. Growth within the company is extremely limited also.
