Pros

I have never been a part of a team/company with complete synergy. Everybody I work with is very transparent and puts relationships before anything. Safe to say it makes the position feel less like work and more like a friend group that all has the same goal in mind.

Cons

I wouldn't say there are any cons that come to my mind at this time. I thought that working remote would be difficult at first but it has actually made me more productive.

Things move fast! This is the place to be if you want to have an impact on the creator economy. Very data driven with strong growth mindset, They have built a solid business.

Cons

It's a fully remote workforce. It can add complexity to projects, but it's a very thoughtful team.
