Pros

- 100% globally remote company, managers trust their employees to get their work done so there's no need for an office space - The amount of care the owner and leadership have for their employees can be felt instantly, from ensuring the safety of employees to providing opportunities to develop and everything in between - If there's something that you need in order to be the best you can be at your job, just ask - Great co-workers - Transparency about what is going on within the company and how the company's doing, you never have to question because you're already "in the know" - Excellent benefits

Cons

Honestly, the only thing is some days are a bit fast-paced. But that's life in tech, so as long as you're organized, you're good to go!

Pros

Few companies change so many people's lives around the world and am proud of the work we did while at vidIQ. You get to make a difference every single day. You get to work with superbly talented people from all backgrounds and experiences. You get to work remotely as vidIQ is 100% remote (has been even before the pandemic) so flexibility is ingrained into the business. Thats a big plus, especially with kids. Role dependant obviously, you get to attend some of the biggest YouTube events around the world and hang out with talented creators - what could be better??? You get the opportunity to self-manage without clocking in and clocking out. We just get the work done!

Cons

As the company evolved from startup to medium, it came with some understandable growing pains. That can be a bit rough with new management and processes which can be jarring if you like things to be the same.
