In February, the Clinical Team Leaders in our Washington region got together for the annual Director of Nursing/Staff Development Coordinator retreat which was held in Leavenworth, WA. They spent the time collaborating & brainstorming to determine how we can provide the best care to our residents through time management skills, root cause analysis, and survey readiness; among many other topics. This retreat has been a great way for some of our leaders to learn from each other and get to know each other better. At Avamere, we want to be sure to provide the best care possible and have fun doing it! We believe that our company functions better as a team and we are always striving to find ways to better ourselves and help each other while serving our residents and their families.
