This Earth Day, the theme ‘Our Power, Our Planet’ reminds us that we all have a role to play in shaping a sustainable future. And when it comes to tackling climate change, few things are as powerful as forests. That’s why we’re proud to support WeForest in restoring forests and powering sustainable change. Over the next five years, we aim to regenerate 1,500 hectares of land (roughly the size of 2,100 football fields), fostering the growth of over three million native trees in the Mahale Mountains in Tanzania. Local farmers and other community members from 15 villages will be trained in agroforestry, integrating trees into farming systems.
