Why do thousands of arborists come together at veterans memorials and cemeteries across the country every year? Our volunteers are pretty good at sprucing things up. So when we heard that Families in Transition needed help with painting at their Manchester, NH office, we were excited to break out the brushes and rollers and get to work! The Seacoast Science Center is an absolute gem in Rye’s Odiorne Point State Park. Our volunteers spent the day helping them with fall cleanup, and we can’t wait to come back with our families to enjoy the marine science exhibits—including a “cotton candy” lobster!
Collaboration is key to advancing an equitable clean energy transition. A big thanks to the Tesla Commercial Charging team for stopping by to talk all things #EV, including how we can work together to expand access to charging infrastructure in our communities.
We welcomed Representative Katherine Clark, Representative Jake Auchincloss, and Mayor Charlie Sisitsky for a tour of our Framingham Geothermal Pilot. Our VP for Clean Technologies Nikki Bruno explained how the innovative project is part of our broader efforts to help the commonwealth achieve its decarbonization goals by connecting 37 buildings and about ~140 customers to a clean energy source to heat and cool their homes and businesses. Welcome back to our journeyman teams and apprentice lineworkers that competed over the weekend in the International Lineman’s Rodeo in Kansas! This year’s competition was the largest-ever, with 1,000+ lineworkers from the USA, Canada, and Brazil. Congrats to all the participants!
