Holiday Inn Club Vacations is thrilled to announce the promotion of Purnell Vick to the position of General Manager at Scottsdale Resort. Purnell joined Holiday Inn Club Vacations in August 2022, as General Manager at New Orleans Resort. Before joining HICV, Purnell held multiple leadership roles with major brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Wyndham. These experiences have shaped him into a seasoned hospitality professional, thriving on both planned and spontaneous life moments. His passion for hospitality fuels his journey of making the world a better place for others. When he is not at work, Purnell enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and daughter, Zora, as well as hunting, fishing, cooking, and traveling back to North Carolina to support his alma mater (Go Pack!).

It's a heartwarming and inspiring story of solidarity and acceptance. Books Giovanni's Room by James Baldwin - This classic novel explores themes of love, identity, and societal expectations through the story of an American expatriate living in Paris. Central Florida Events Space Coast Rainbow Run 5K - On Saturday, June 15, Space Coast Pride will be hosting a 5K promoting wellness and healthy lifestyles in the LGBTQIA+ community. As we celebrate Pride month, let's remember that the spirit of pride extends far beyond the confines of a calendar. It's about embracing diversity, fostering inclusion, and advocating for equality every day of the year. Happy Pride Month!
Our Orange Lake Resort team held the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Traveler’s Parkway–a convenient, toll-free road leading from Orange Lake Resort to Orlando’s best attractions. Traveler’s Parkway provides our resort guests easy access to their favorite destinations–including restaurants, shops, and directly to the home of a certain famous mouse–without having to get on a major highway. The construction of Traveler’s Parkway is a testament to our dedication in enhancing our guests’ vacation experiences. Holiday Inn Club Vacations is elated to announce the promotion of Leslie Barilli to the position of General Manager at Williamsburg Resort! Effective April 29, 2024, Leslie assumed her new responsibilities, where she will be overseeing all daily leadership and operations at the resort. Leslie joined Holiday Inn Club Vacations in July 2011, as a Food and Beverage Manager at Desert Club Resort. she was then promoted to the General Manager at Mount Ascutney Resort, where she served for 10 years. Prior to Leslie joining our company, she held several roles in the hospitality industry as a Front Office Manager and Food and Beverage Manager. Throughout these experiences, she has developed an energetic passion for taking on new projects and leading with her whole heart. Leslie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. When she is not at work, Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband and stepdaughter, paddle boarding, and trying new restaurants.

Effective May 20, 2024, Jasmine assumed her new responsibilities, where she will be overseeing all daily leadership and operations at the resort. Jasmine joined Holiday Inn Club Vacations in September 2023, as Assistant General Manager at Fox River Resort. Prior to Jasmine joining our company, she held several leadership roles in the hospitality industry, starting in 2012. She has worked in several U.S. travel destinations, such as Corpus Christi, Texas, and Denver, Colorado. Throughout these experiences, she has developed a unique drive and goal-oriented approach to leading. When she is not at work, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her family, especially during weekly game nights. Her commitment and achievements make her the ideal candidate to drive success in her new position at Fox River Resort.
