We extend our ‘way to go’ praise to the Johnsonville Trucking Team for their safe and productive work during #NationalTruckDriverAppreciationWeek: • Our 25 trucking professionals traveled over 1.5 million miles with no personal injuries or DOT incidents in 2018. • That team of drivers also surpassed the world-class benchmark for on-time sausage deliveries. • Additionally, two members reached their millionth mile mark: Steve D., a 13-year member and Pat W., a 15-year member!
"I had an amazing internship with Johnsonville this Summer. From International Finance to competing as a Racing Sausage, I truly got to experience the Johnsonville Way. This company is filled with passionate people, amazing coaches, and a true desire to be the best. I am so thankful for all of the valuable skills I have acquired from working alongside people whose work ethic I admire and respect. I was able to learn more about SAP Reporting, International Regulations, and key Excel functions in Finance/Accounting. Additionally, as part of our intern project, we were able to raise over $8,000 for the local Boys and Girls Club in the area. I could not speak higher of the people I had the pleasure of working with and the fun I was able to have along the way. Thank you, Johnsonville, for a great internship and wonderful summer!"

You know our tagline “You Can’t Spell Sausage Without U-S-A”? It didn’t come from a fancy ad agency. It came from one of our very own members, Shawn. His official title is Engineering Tech, but he is more well-known for coming up with clever ad copy. Now the slogan is everywhere, from product packaging to T-shirts to and even the Johnsonville Big Taste Grill. Shawn’s reaction? “I hope it helps us sell more sausage!” On this holiday weekend, we salute our great Johnsonville members, like Shawn.
