🎉 Record-Breaking Results + Inspirational Advocacy = One Incredible Climb! 🧗️ We’re proud to say that the creativity and ingenuity of our employees is never in short supply at Lendmark, especially when it comes to the communities we serve. In the final month of our “$10 Million in 10 Years” Climb to Cure Campaign, our amazing branch colleagues introduced a striking new accessory: ‘Ask Me Why I Climb’ buttons! This creative idea, led by our Climb Chair E.J. Ryan, gave employees a bold way to show their support for CURE Childhood Cancer and spark meaningful conversations with customers. These buttons turned everyday interactions into opportunities for advocacy — and the results speak for themselves. 💛Thanks to the generosity of our customers and the dedication and innovation of our branch teams, we raised nearly $59,000 through $1 customer donations in 2025 alone — a record high for the campaign! Every single dollar raised goes directly toward precision medicine research to help find a cure for childhood cancers. 👏 Huge congratulations to every colleague and customer who contributed to this success. Your passion, creativity and commitment continue to make a real difference. 📸 Check out our fabulous branch colleagues proudly wearing their new pins!
🍿 Have you heard what’s “popping” at Lendmark?🎗️ Sometimes the simplest snack sparks the biggest impact… On August 20, Lendmark’s fabulous finance team, led by David Neaves, turned a popcorn break into a powerful moment of giving by raising $210 for CURE Childhood Cancer at our central operations office in Covington, Ga. But this event was more than just popcorn. It was about people coming together to connect, share a laugh, and support a cause close to our hearts. Every dollar raised helps fund life-saving research and provides support to children and families facing childhood cancer. A huge thank you to Team Lendmark for showing up with generosity and heart! Together, we are making a difference – one kernel at a time. 💛
🎗️Celebrating a Decade of Impact: Lendmark's Climb to Cure Campaign🎗️ On Saturday, August 9, Lendmark employees, vendor partners, and staff and families of CURE Childhood Cancer gathered at Oconee County High School near Athens, Ga., to commemorate 10 years of partnership. Since 2015, we’ve collectively raised more than $9 million as we climb toward the “$10 million in 10 years” goal for Lendmark’s signature philanthropic program, Climb to Cure. The day began with a powerful ceremonial stair climb led by Chip Madren, childhood cancer survivor and the inspiration behind Climb to Cure’s mission. From heartfelt speeches by leaders like Bobby Aiken, Bret Hyler and Kristin Connor to a lively family festival emceed by Jenn Hobby, the event was a true celebration of hope, resilience and community. And... our Dunk Tank Challenge alone raised $15,000 for pediatric cancer research! Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey. Together, we’re climbing toward a future free from childhood cancer. 💛 hashtag#ClimbToCure hashtag#10in10 hashtag#LendmarkCares hashtag#CUREChildhoodCancer hashtag#10YearsStrong hashtag#CommunityImpact

🌟 Celebrating Our First HR Intern! 🌟 As summer winds down, we’re thrilled to spotlight a special milestone at @Lendmark Financial Services — welcoming our first-ever HR Intern, @Isabella Chapman! Over the past few months, Isabella brought her energy, curiosity, and fresh perspective to our corporate offices, diving into a full rotation across our HR functions: 🔹 Talent Management 🔹 Talent Acquisition 🔹 Total Rewards 🔹 Organizational Development 🔹 Learning & Development 🔹 Corporate Communications 🔹 Corporate Security From supporting recruitment efforts to exploring learning initiatives and internal communication strategies, Isabella’s summer was nothing short of jam-packed! Her hands-on experience offered a holistic view of how strategic HR drives business success — and in turn, gave our HR leaders a refreshing boost of inspiration. 💡 It’s amazing how teaching someone the “why” behind what we do can reignite our own passion and purpose. We’re incredibly grateful for Isabella’s contributions and wish her — and all students heading back to campus — a fantastic school year ahead! 🎓🍎 #HRInternship #LendmarkLife #FutureHRLeader #InternshipExperience #Gratitude #BackToSchool #TalentDevelopment
