"Residency programs across the country and right here at NYU Langone Health are eagerly awaiting your arrival." On March 20, the NYU Grossman School of Medicine Class of 2026 opened their Match Day envelopes—the culmination of years of training and a defining moment for the institution. This class includes the inaugural cohort of NYU Grossman’s 3+1 curriculum, which offers students the flexibility to graduate in three years or pursue a fourth year for research or a dual degree. For those who chose the accelerated pathway and matched to programs nationwide, the results are clear: three years proved more than enough. We are proud to welcome the members of this class who will continue their training at NYU Langone locations. They arrive as physicians recognized not only for clinical excellence, but for their commitment to compassionate care, the healing patient experience, and service to their communities. 153 students matched. 31 completed the three-year pathway. 13 graduates of the Medical Scientist Training Program. The Class of 2026 represents what it looks like when exceptional training, tuition-free education, and a commitment to purpose produce physicians ready to lead. To the Class of 2026: we are ready for you. Congratulations. #MatchDay2026 #MedicalEducation #Residency #FuturePhysicians

This month, Andrew Rubin and Nader Mherabi represented NYU Langone Health at the HIMSS Conference in Las Vegas—one of the leading gatherings focused on healthcare innovation and technology. During their session, they shared how NYU Langone is using technology and hospitality to improve access, streamline care, and elevate the overall patient experience. From initiatives like FGP CARES and a strong culture rooted in the art of hospitality, the discussion highlighted how digital innovation and teamwork across the hospital network come together to support patients at every step. “Our Medical Center Information Technology (MCIT) and the operations team for Faculty Group Practice (FGP)—our physician practice network—are always available to each other and work together for each other, which makes all the difference in the world. Patients see it, feel it, and experience it.” – Andrew Rubin
