NYU Langone Health has once again earned the Healthcare Equity Certification from Joint Commission—recognizing our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, equitable care for every patient. This distinction reflects the work happening across our system to identify and address health disparities, supported by our Institute for Excellence in Health Equity, which advances research, clinical care, and education to improve outcomes and expand access. As Gbenga Ogedegbe, MD, MPH, FACP, director of NYU Langone’s Institute for Excellence in Health Equity, shared: “The Institute for Excellence in Health Equity works to identify disparities in care outcomes and the appropriate interventions for equitable care at each hospital. This certification is a reflection of that dedication to our patients and a reminder of our mission to provide quality care to all.” Join us and be part of something great! https://lnkd.in/ewzrwS4 #HealthEquity #QualityCare #NYULangoneCareers
