Pacific Dental Services® (PDS) celebrates a groundbreaking achievement this month as we honor the first graduate from its College Advancement Program! Deja Yslava, who started at PDS two and a half years ago first as a healthcare coordinator and worked her way up to operations manager in training (OMT), has earned her bachelor’s degree in community health from Arizona State University (ASU) through the program. The PDS College Advancement Program, which launched in 2021, is the first of its kind in the dental industry, offering eligible team members 100 percent up-front college tuition coverage towards an undergraduate degree of their choice through ASU Online. In partnership with InStride, a premier global provider of strategic workforce education, the program allows PDS operations managers, healthcare coordinators and dental assistants the flexibility and satisfaction of advancing their careers while earning their education tuition and debt-free – all while remaining employed full-time. Over 1,400 PDS-supported clinicians and team members met in Dallas, Texas for the 2023 XP Gala, a multiday event dedicated to celebrating team members who’ve embodied extraordinary performance throughout the company. At the event, attendees had the opportunity to hear from industry experts and participate in a range of informative breakout sessions. These covered a variety of clinical topics, including practice management, the latest advances in salivary diagnostics, fundamental principles of implant restoration, and other relevant subjects. #WhyWeLovePDS #pdsxp2023

Pacific Dental Services Partners with High Point University to extend its Epic Comprehensive Health Records System into Dental School We've partnered with High Point University to extend the use of Epic within the HPU Workman School of Dental Medicine and the HPU Oral Health Network, providing students with real-world exposure to the future of dental-medical integration.
