We're excited to welcome the 2024 Reckitt Summer Intern and Co-Op Class at our Parsippany, Montvale, Evansville, Zeeland, and Salt Lake City sites! Our interns recently joined us and began their orientation where they met with their managers, attended introductory trainings, and participated in fun team building activities. Last week, our Talent Acquisition Team and representatives from our new Honor Employee Resource Group (ERG) attended the Community Hope Veteran Resource and Job Fair to share some of our current job opportunities and discuss Honor's initiatives. Our newly formed Honor ERG was established to create and foster an inclusive environment for military members and allies to meet and share professional knowledge and experiences, support military causes and integrate best practices into the business making Reckitt a top choice for transitioning military members.

This International Women’s Day we are celebrating some of the role models at Reckitt who inspire inclusion and who go above and beyond their job to contribute to a truly inclusive workplace. We asked some our role models to share their thoughts, feelings and ambitions for the impact we can all have in helping create a more inclusive work environment for everyone.
How do you think STEM can be more inclusive for women? Globally less than a third of researchers are women. This International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we asked some of our colleagues to share their perspective on what needs to change to make STEM more inclusive for women. Hear their stories and perspectives on what they’ve learned throughout their careers in science and what needs to change in STEM, to help welcome science as a career path that is open to everyone. To get more women in science we need to ignite a passion for knowledge at a young age and to show young girls role models of women in STEM who are leading the way. We are giving women the confidence to forge their careers in STEM and we are encouraging open conversations about the challenges women in STEM face.
