The Houston management team recognizes two employees for their exceptional work; both received appreciation cards. Officer Byron Talent was monitoring cameras when he noticed a suspicious vehicle driving through the site parking lots. He notified the HPD officer on site and followed the suspect on the cameras, communicating and letting them know where the suspect was. His thoroughness was appreciated by the HPD and led to the suspect leaving the site. Officer Taniya Semien received an appreciation card for filling in on short notice during a weekend call-off. She’s been working at a manufacturing site since June and always does a fantastic job. #OfficerAppreciation #ThankYouOfficers #SecurityTeam #Team #EmployeeAppreciation #EmployeeRecognition #SunstatesSecurity #SecurityServices #SecurityTeam #SecurityPersonnel #SecurityCompany #CorporateSecurity #Security #SecurityGuard #SecurityOfficer #Houston #HoustonBusiness #AppreciationProgram

Please help us welcome Operations Manager Yolanda Bolden! Yolanda joined the Dallas team as an Operations Manager in June. With over eight years of contract security experience and many in management roles, Yolanda suits the position well. Her skills include project management, employee training, and quality control. Before Sunstates, Yolanda was a Regional Manager for a security firm in Louisiana. She hired and trained new officers while inspiring current employees to perform at their best. Furthermore, Yolanda built and maintained professional relations with potential, new and existing clients. In addition to that role, she was a Branch Manager at a different security firm, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day tasks. Under her leadership were over 170 security guards, whom she scheduled, trained, and managed their overtime. Yolanda ensured accurate timekeeping, payroll, and billing data.
