For families everywhere, parks are a place to play, connect, and make memories. To help keep them safe, we teamed up with Stonyfield Organic, the Philadelphia Phillies, and Non-Toxic Neighborhoods in support of Stonyfield's "Play Free Initiative". The project aims to help convert public parks and playing fields across the country to organic grounds management to ensure they are free from the use of synthetic pesticides. While at Fernhill Park, soon to be organically maintained, we did some cleanup, made seed balls with Planet Bee Foundation, and donated $25,000 to help keep the park clean and green for years to come.

We recently asked Kristi to share her best career advice for young professionals; here's what she had to say; focus on your strengths; it's how you add the most value, build your confidence as a leader, and make the most impact on the business because you're simply being you, don't be afraid to make lateral moves to expand your portfolio and learn more about other areas of the business; the knowledge you will gain will make you a valuable asset, and build strong relationships; surround yourself with a network of peers and leaders that you can trust to provide honest feedback, push you, and support you.
