WPM Real Estate Management is pleased to announce several coordinated leadership transitions effective January 1, 2026, reflecting our ongoing commitment to sustainable growth and thoughtful succession planning. • Timothy Lewis has transitioned from Chief Financial Officer to Executive Vice President of Strategic Investment, where he will lead initiatives focused on strategic growth and expansion. • Julie Seidman Parks has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer, taking on leadership of WPM’s financial strategy and operations. • Bradley Kelly has been promoted to Senior Director of Accounting, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and supporting staff development. These transitions further strengthen WPM’s leadership team and ensure we remain well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of our clients and communities.
WPM is pleased to share that we have taken over management of Verona at Middle River, a fully renovated, townhome-style apartment community in Essex, MD. The 299-unit property features updated interiors, modern amenities, and access to scenic trails and outdoor recreation.

WPM Real Estate Management has assumed management of Vivo Living Baltimore, a 550-unit apartment community created through the conversion of a former downtown Baltimore hotel. Our team is supporting operational stabilization, lease-up efforts, and coordination related to ongoing capital improvements as the community continues to take shape.
