WPM's July Leasing Academy was a day to remember! Our amazing Leasing Professionals from across WPM came together for a full day of fun, learning, and collaboration. From "Connecting Maintenance with Leasing," hosted by Michael R Mangum & Herman Martin, to "The Lead to Lease Journey" with Brent Gratton, "Entrata & Nurture Boss Training" with Ronnie Pierce, CALP, and "Spill the Tea – Leasing Tea Time" with Rebecca (Becky) Smith & Ashley Stran, every session was packed with valuable insights. We wrapped it up with a little friendly competition of WPM Jeopardy hosted by Andre Henry, CAM! We’re proud to invest in our teams and continue raising the bar in customer service and leasing excellence. 💼🏡
We’re excited to share that Ashley Williams is now fully stepping into her new division-wide role as Property Manager Specialist! Promoted earlier this year, Ashley now supports WPM’s entire Multifamily portfolio – leading onboarding for new properties and associates, training Property Managers, and supporting new business efforts and strategic initiatives. With 20+ years of industry experience and a proven track record of excellence (including MMHA’s Gold Property Manager of the Year and Gold Community of the Year), Ashley brings both heart and expertise to everything she does. We’re thrilled to see her step into this expanded role and continue making an impact across the division.
We’re proud to announce the promotion of Jennifer Nicole Alley to Senior Regional Property Manager! Jen joined WPM in 2013 and has consistently demonstrated leadership, integrity, and a passion for mentoring others. In her new role, she’ll continue to oversee her portfolio while guiding and developing Regional Property Managers across the division. She now serves alongside Annemarie Hobson, who joined WPM earlier this year and brings over 30 years of experience in multifamily leadership. Together, they strengthen our Senior RPM team and reinforce WPM’s commitment to developing talent from within while continuing to attract top performers.
We’re excited to welcome Oakwood Hills in Mechanicsburg, PA, to our multifamily portfolio! As of July 1, WPM Real Estate Management assumed management of this 316-unit community, located near Messiah University in Upper Allen Township. Built in 2019, Oakwood Hills offers high-end apartment living with scenic views, modern amenities, and convenient access to major highways. “This is a great example of our team-based management model in action,” says Melissa Gambuto, President of Multifamily Management. “We’re proud to partner with ownership to help realize their goals for this community.”
The WPM team had a fantastic time last week at National Apartment Association (Naahq) Apartmentalize in Las Vegas! 🎉 It was a great opportunity to connect with associates from across the company, strengthen relationships with our vendor partners, and meet new professionals from across the multifamily industry. We're always inspired by the energy, innovation, and collaboration at Apartmentalize, and we're grateful for the chance to grow together as a team and with the industry.
