WPM Leasing & Marketing Manager Ronnie Pierce recently spent time speaking with prospective Morgan State University students about her move from California to Baltimore to attend Morgan State and her career of choice in multifamily. At WPM education is at the forefront of everything we do. Our Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers took part in a two-day training session with MMHA Leasing Training Academy Director Candice Manning, sharpening their coaching and mentoring skills. Our property leaders are ready to put this training to the test to help their teams grow and excel!
Members of the WPM crew attended Entrata Base Camp last week in Las Vegas! Each year, Entrata users and experts join for 3 days of live training, one-on-one coaching, keynote speeches, and networking, and we've enjoyed participating in this event for many years! To top it off, our Training & Development Specialist, Mark Dickson-Patrick, was honored at Base Camp for being the first Entrata Elite Certified in Leasing Workflows!!!

Giving back to the community is a crucial part of WPM's culture. Thanks to the generosity of our Residents and Associates, we were able to donate over 500 pairs of pajamas and $500 in gift cards to Casey Cares during our annual pajama and giving tree drive. Thank you to everyone who donated for their generosity!
