"They are very understanding when it comes to asking for a sick day or an emergency comes up. There are many other student workers that can fill the spot so it's easy for them to find a replacement for the shift."

It has a nice childcare center. The culture is really diverse here. I can work from home, which is very nice. Students have discount shopping in Desert Hills Outlets.

There aren't any benefits packages at UC Riverside SRC. It is an hourly wage basis and nothing else besides workers' compensation if hurt under the job.
